中国科学技术大学理学院博士生导师李定简介
李 定，男，安徽桐城人，1957年2月出生，理学博士，教授，博士生导师。现任副校长，校学位委员会副主任。兼任中国物理学会等离子体物理分会主任，中国核学会理事，国家基金委理论物理专款学术领导小组成员，国家863计划专题专家组成员，蔡诗东奖励基金会秘书长，?plasma sci. tech.?副主编，美国物理学会终身会员。1978-1984年为中国科大近代物理系本科生和硕士生，1985-1988年为中科院等离子体所博士生，1989－1992年在德国于利希核研究中心从事欧共体国际科技合作和博士后研究。1992－1997年在中科院等离子体所，先后任副研究员、副室主任、研究员、所学术委员会委员、博士生导师，曾任德国于利希研究中心客座研究员。1997年回中国科大任教，曾任近代物理系主任、德国杜塞尔多夫大学访问教授。
1994年起先后为?phys. plasma?和?nucl. fusion?审稿人。1995年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助、98年获延续资助。1996年入选国家百千万人才工程第1、2层次人选，获中科院自然科学二等奖1项。1997年当选中科院合肥分院系统十佳人物。1998年获中科院百人计划资助。1999年当选安徽省十大杰出教师并获五一劳动奖章。
目前承担国家自然科学基金、国家863计划、中科院百人计划和创新方向等项目。已发表学术论文40余篇，多次在国内外学术会议上作邀请报告。长期从事等离子体物理和受控核聚变理论的研究及教学，主要研究兴趣为磁流体不稳定性、等离子体动力论、输运和约束等。正在指导5名博士生和硕士生。
