吴明卫教授（博士生导师）(www)：中科院百人计划获得者。1986年-1991年，中国科技大学近代物理系理论物理专业学士，1991年-1995年中国科技大学凝聚态物理博士，1995年12月-1996年8月美国stevens技术所博士后，1996年9月-1997年8月美国rochester大学博士后，1997年9月-1998年9月德国法兰克福大学理论物理研究所博士后，1998年10月-2001年2月美国加利福尼亚大学santa barbara分校博士后（其中2000年3月－2001年2月为项目主持人），2001年2月-2001年12月日本东京大学研究员，2000年11月至今，中国科技大学教授，2002年8月起西藏大学数理系客座教授，2003年2月-4月美国delaware大学访问。
研究方向：
自旋电子学理论，半导体超快光谱学理论，量子动力学，半导体热电子输运，介观输运，导电聚合物中激子和非线性光学性质，有机材料中的输运。
