中国科学技术大学理学院博士生导师吴文彬简介
吴文彬教授(博士生导师)：中科院百人计划入选者，男，1964年11月生。1981年9月-1985年7月，安徽大学物理系物理学专业学士，1985年7月-1988年9月安徽大学物理系助教，1988年9月-1991年7月，中国科技大学材料系材料物理专业硕士，1991年9月-1994年7月，中国科技大学凝聚态物理专业博士，1994年7月至今，中国科技大学结构分析重点实验室工作，其中1994年为讲师，1995年为副研究员，1999年为教授，1995年10月-2000年12月，香港理工大学应用物理系副研究员、研究员。2001年入选中科院百人计划。研究方向：
复杂氧化物异质外延及微结构和物理研究目前，除承担中科院百人计划科研项目外，同时，负责“973”项目“高自旋极化率自旋电子材料”（30 万元）和国家自然科学面上基金“外延的新型铁电膜掺镧钛酸铋的制备及性能研究”（22 万元）各一项。于2002年获安徽省自然科学一等奖和中国分析测试协会三等奖各一项。
