中国科学技术大学理学院博士生导师曹烈兆简介
曹烈兆教授（博士生导师）: 男，1940年6月出生，江苏武进人士。1963年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理系，1979年赴英在sussex 大学当访问学者，研究超流氦，81年回校从事极低温工作，长期从事“热力学和统计物理”，“极低温物理”，“低温物理导论”，“超导物理”等课程的教学与高温超导体的微结构和物理性质研究；低温下固体的磁性质和输运性质研究。共发表科研论文300篇左右，专著和译著（与人合著）5本，获得中国科学院科技进步奖二等奖一项，三等奖一项。带博士生10名，硕士生20名。近几年发表的主要论文：
