中国科学技术大学化学与材料科学学院材料科学与工程系导师王玉霞简介

王玉霞:1970年7月毕业于南京大学化学系。曾于1984年和1990年先后在日本东京大学工学部和科学技术厅无机材质研究所(筑波)作访问学者。1996年参加日本的mrs学术会议,其后去长岗科技大学、东京大学等进行学术交流,2004年去美国斯坦福、罗切斯特等大学进行学术交流。国内研究工作简历为:1972 ~1977年在中科院安徽光机所晶体研究室从事激光红宝石单晶的研究工作,并因此而获得中科院二等奖;1978~1980年在中国科技大学物理系晶体专业从事红外单晶的研制工作,获中科院三等奖;1981~1993年在科大物理系(后材料系)从事快离子导体改性及高tc超导材料的研究工作,其中快离子导体研究获中科院三等奖。1994年至今从事晶态sic薄膜以及纳米agi复合体系的制备及物性研究。迄今已在国内外发表学术论文60多篇。
