周学海 ，男，1966年5月生，教授，博士生导师。中国科学技术大学计算机科学技术系副主任。分别于1987、1990、1997获中国科学技术大学学士、硕士和博士学位。曾主持和参加国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金，中科院知识创新工程等多项纵横向课题的研究与开发。目前主持和参加国家自然科学基金，安徽省自然科学基金的研究与开发。主要研究方向：嵌入式系统、计算机系统结构等 教授
