白国平 男，河北省容城县人，1963年5月生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。1984年从石油大学（山东东营）勘探系石油地质专业本科毕业，获学士学位。1992年从澳大利亚悉尼大学地质地球物理系获得博士学位。1992.4-1994.3 在澳洲联邦科学工业组织 (commonwealth scientific and industrial research organisation - csiro) 石油资源研究所做博士后研究。1994.5-1999.3在美国犹他大学能源地学研究院 (energy & geoscience institute at university of utah) 任助理研究员(assistant research professor)。1999年4月起在石油大学工作，主要从事盆地石油地质综合研究、区块评价、油气分布和储层评价的研究工作和全球油气分布、储量计算和石油地质的教学工作。发表论文近20篇。办公电话：010-89733423
