1988-1998 曲阜师范大学工作,先后晋升为讲师(1992)、副教授(1995)、教授(1998)。
2001-2004 加拿大simon fraser university 博士后(分析化学及材料化学),合作导师:hogan yu(2001-2003),george agnes(2003-2004)
2004.10-至今 作为引进人才受聘于山东大学化学与化工学院
