1998-2001 山东大学化学院博士研究生（物理化学专业）， 博士学位。导师：刘成卜教授

1988-1998 曲阜师范大学工作，先后晋升为讲师(1992)、副教授(1995)、教授(1998)。
2001-2004 加拿大simon fraser university 博士后（分析化学及材料化学），合作导师：hogan yu（2001-2003），george agnes（2003-2004）
2004.10-至今 作为引进人才受聘于山东大学化学与化工学院
