[研究领域和兴趣]
synthesis of bioactive molecules and organic reaction methodology

our research focuses on three directions now: 1) synthesis of isoquinoline derivatives with multidrug resistance (mdr) modulating activity; 2) development of novel methodology for synthesis of [1.4]-oxazine derivatives; 3) synthesis of the natural product, such as bioactive flavone derivatives. the ongoing projects include:
i) design and synthesis of tetrahydropyridazino-[1,4]-oxazino-isoquinoline derivatives. the synthesized candidates shown multidrug resistance (mdr) modulating activity.
ii) the novel and facile synthesis of n-substitued pyridazino [1,4]-oxazinones via smiles rearrangement.
iii) general synthesis of carboxylic acids engineered on flavone scaffolds as specific ligands for pdz2.
